Community EMDR Group Orientation Video

We host two different types of drop-in group sessions: Stabilization sessions and Reprocessing sessions. You must first attend a Stabilization session in order to attend a Reprocessing session. Once you’ve attended a Stabilization session, you are able to attend as many Reprocessing sessions as you’d like.

Stabilization sessions are held once every other month on a Friday evening, 6:30-8pm (Dates TBD). Stabilization sessions are aimed at increasing attendees’ coping skills and resources so that they are better able to cope with a Reprocessing session. You can attend a Stabilization session without ever intending to attend a Reprocessing session.

Reprocessing sessions are held monthly on a Friday evening 6:30-8pm (Dates TBD). Reprocessing sessions are when trauma reprocessing occurs. This is when attendees focus on a specific traumatic event. We ask that you determine which event you'd like to reprocess before attending a Reprocessing session. These sessions are more intense than Stabilization sessions.
